I have already recommended Pamela and we haven't even moved out yet! We contacted her awhile ago but due to things on our end, we had to delay putting it on the market, ie: job changes, legal tenant eviction and then renovation of that apartment. She 'held our hands' throughout ALL of the  processes, ie: listing this 2 family home, buying a new-build out of state and working with a relocation company = lots of moving parts at the same time.
